Huge apartament, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen, private parking, amazing location, even freaking jacuzzi as a cherry on the top.
Host is super friendly, he is literally lending his on home.
This is not a regular hotel-like apartment, this is home with soul.
The property was in the perfect location. It was central to the restaurants in Viareggio and less than 5 minute walk to the beach , less than 15 minutes walk to the train station , from where we travelled to Pisa and Florence. It is very spacious and more than enough room for the four of us who stayed there. It was spotlessly clean. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived , which was early morning. We had one small issue occur which was rectified in a few hours. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Viareggio and would highly recommend this property

Casa molto bella e accogliente, ottima posizione, a due passi dal lungomare di Viareggio.
Un grande plus il parcheggio privato gratuito.
Ottima la presenza di due bagni con servizi, ideale per un gruppo di amici.
