I came here for a Congress in a centre nearby, therefore the location was perfect. The place was nice and clean, very good communication with the host should be also mentioned
I had a wonderful experience at Residenza il Principe. The property is newly decorated, spotless and equipped with everything needed. Very quiet (my boyfriend has sleeping issues and he slept peacefully during pur stay here).
Last but not least the location is a stone throw from Parma city centre. For whom is coming by car there is a little parking in the road on the left and side of the building or a quite big one a little further on the back both free of charge.
Paolo is kind, helpful and very discreet.
Overall I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Highly recommended.
Perfect spot to start exploring Parma and Emilia Romana. The appartment is conveniently located at the historic Via Emilia in walking distance of shops and the centre of Parma. The appartment is equipped with everything you need and the hosts are very nice and helpful.
