This apartment was in an ideal location - about 5 mins.walk from the Sottomarina beach and about 20 mins. walk from Chioggia. As well, shops were about 5 minutes away. The host, Paolo, met us and was most pleasant and helpful. A Manual was provided which included instructions for all the appliances in the apartment, as well as maps and attractions in the area, along with a list of walks. The apartment was spotless and every utensil needed was provided. This is excellent accommodation and I would certainly recommend it.

We liked the apartment a lot, it's very clean, modern and nice furniture, everything what is needed was there, any extra request like asking for extra blankets was immediately answered by the host. Free parking in just 2 minutes from the apartment was super convenient. Hosting family lives at the same house and ready to help us anytime. The beach is just 2-3 walking distance from the apartment, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. We would definitely return

The apartment was perfect for us. Fully equipped. We could reach everything by foot, or use the bicyles from the house. The owner was very kind! Balcony with seawiew, and the beach was just 5 minutes.
