Host had a person meet us at the agreed upon location and time. She took us into the unit and went through various aspects of the unit, including how to operate the AC units in the bedrooms and it had WiFi. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and nice. The bedrooms were all quite large. The location was very good! Grocery store close by, very close to Rialto Bridge, restaurants and shops very near it. About a 10 minute walk to San Marco Basilica.
Quite authentic furniture and a lovely feel of Venice. Really good value for the price. Facilities good. The owner is a guide so if she is available recommend ordering a tour in town. Also for breakfast we went to the fish market to get fresh fish. It's closer than it looks. And recommend a bakery one block away. Great place all round.

The location of this property was amazing. This is a great place for families. It has everything you could need and more. The property manager was very friendly and even left some goodies.
The location is great. Close to the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. A lot of cafes and restaurants and a grocery nearby. Federica was easy to communicate with and had plenty of great restaurant recommendations.
