The apartment is a very nice size, with spacious living/fining/kitchen and bedroom. There is a dining table, seating 4 but we chose not to use it, having coffee on one of the patios instead. There are 2 patios, each with nice views and a small table and 2 chairs. Everything was very clean. Patrizia could not be a more accommodating hostess. She is very responsive from the moment you make the booking. She truly wants you to enjoy her apartment and her city. The location is perfect. Easy to walk anywhere. Loads of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. There is a grocery store across the street and a laundromat on the corner. The train station is a 10 minute walk. If you have a car I suggest you take Patrizia up on her offer to rent a garage parking space for minimal $ one block away. It will save you the anxiety of finding and figuring out street parking as it did for us.

The apartment is spacious and light filled. The location is right in the center of town, close to everything. Patrizia is a great host. She provides little Italian treats both when you arrive and as we were leaving. It feels very welcoming. She also texted each day to be certain we didn’t need anything. We have never encountered a host who was so kind before. The place is really nice, but she is amazing.
