Great location, good communication, spacious, washing machine.
The apartment was in a great location, the apartment was well appointed and comfortable!!
Location is very good, close to key sights. Excellent if you are with the car - apartment is next to a parking garage.
KItchen is well quiped with all the appliances, apartment was clean and orderly, bathroom well equipped and stocked. Booking, check-in, check-out was smooth and professional. All in all a good experience.

Huge space in the center of the city. All amenities you could want.
Extra surprise: neighbor overlooking the dining room is a painter that paints by the window and it made everything cooler.
Local restaurant (recommended by host) in the same block was some of the best food we had in Florence.
