Very spacious, good location. Felt safe and nice and quiet. Beautiful views. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed. There are plenty of kitchen facilities to cook.
Very nice view (lake and garden), lot of rooms and spaces. We really liked the style, too.
There is an elevator, which we needed for the baggage and old parents. Little strange to operate.

A really unusual apartment., Lots and lots of room to spread out in, incredible views, quiet and with cool air coming through which meant air-conditioning wasn't needed. Really helpful friendly owners who live on site.
Comfortable beds, and a great shower. Excellent location, an easy 2min drive to Baveno, and a 10 minute walk to Feriolo, which has a small supermarket and lovely beach.
