Very convenient to Modena historic center and train station. Modern and clean, safe area.

Firstly, the host was very accessible via phone, text and email. She was absolutely lovely. Lucy, the housekeeper, did a fabulous job of keeping the room clean and fresh. She also helped with directions to the nearest coffee bar. Raffaella, at reception was so welcoming and friendly. We so enjoyed talking to her.

Beautiful and great location they combine the old style Italy with a very clean modern presentation. And it’s right in the center of town. Unbelievably well located. And the communication from the hotel was spectacular, they gave us excellent directions and how to navigate the tight streets of Bologna and arrive safely at the hotel in the first pass. The best value in a hotel that we’ve had this entire seven day trip ! we wish we would’ve started here at this hotel in Bologna. We probably would’ve stayed three nights not just the one night.
