Francesca the host thought of everything we could ever need during our stay from slippers to Prosecco! She was awesome!

In two months of travel Francesca was the absolute No1 host. Available, friendly and gave us information on so many things we would never have known! The apartment was clean, beautifully appointed, excellent ultra modern clean bathrooms and kitchen. I wish all apartments were this good! The area is very sweet and it is easy to take the gondola that is one minute away, across the canal for 2 euro and be near st marks. The kitchen was perfectly set up, really generous in what was in the cupboards for us to use. All new and unopened. Cannot fault Francesca and her beautiful apartment! washer and dryer were excellent too.

Location was very convenient to many popular sites and vaporetto stop. The apartment was modern with excellent very comfortable bed. Francesca was most helpful with advice on places to visit and eat. It's nice to have good advice from a local.

Excellent accommodation, clean place and spacious with all facilities

Charming and modern 1 bedroom and a pull out couch in living room that had sliding doors to close off from kitchen and had, 2 full baths. All modern updates, lovely deco, had everything and more you could possibly want. Enough hot water for 2 showers, good water pressure. Kitchen was equipped with every gadget and had great selections of teas and coffees. There was plenty of dry goods, spices but we did not cook. Pictures are true.Owner communications were excellent and speedy thru what’s app. Washer was nice to have as it was 85 and humid the 5 days we visited and we couldn’t rewear clothes so great we could wash and air dry them. Had A/C in bedroom and living room. (Mini split type)
