It is an excellent apartment. I fully recommend for groups or families. The location is very good. You can access all tourist points walking. The train station is near, it is possible to go there waking.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The host was very helpful and had excellent communication. He gave great recommendations for dinner on our arrival night. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The charm of the apartment matched the area, and the old building. Loved the washing machine, the size of the fridge, the size of the two larger bathrooms. The location was just down the street from Piazza del Duomo, but far enough away to be fairly quiet at night. There is a small grocery store across the street (Pam), and several restaurants within a few steps of the apartment, if you aren't in the mood to walk. Our favorite gelato we found the next street over. The Accademia Gallery is also a short walk (make early reservations). The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and the lighting was nice. The two full baths worked well for taller people, but the half bath was very tight. Overall, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Excellent location very near to the La Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and Palazzo Medici Riccardi. Prompt and clear communication from the host within minutes of sending queries.. Exceptionally clean bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing, huge apartments!

Excellent location! Very close to the city center (Piazza de la Signoria, Capela Medici, City Market, Ponte Vecchio) and museums (e.g. Galleria Uffizi, Museo de la Academia). Clean apartment, all the facilities for bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen). Edoardo a very warm, calm and kind host he did everything for us to feel good during our stay, Mille grazie Edoardo!
