The apartment is spacious with old world charm, but with modern amenities.
It was a real bonus having a washing machine to do laundry. The kitchen was
well equipped for making light meals. Kati graciously included coffee and some snacks.
The apartment is located near many of the local historical sites and was easily walkable.
Our flight was delayed and Kati made special arrangements to greet us very late at the apartment. She kindly assisted us with our luggage up three flights of stairs.
The location was great! A very easy walk to the Duomo. The apartment was very clean. Katy was very responsive in messaging. She met us at the door and gave us a tour of the place before she left. There is nightlife outside the apartment at night, but she has done a good job of blocking the sound. And we did not hear it in the apartment. A very comfortable stay.
Wonderful host who greeted us with warmth and kindness. Space was perfect and close to so many sights.
We loved the location as well as the apartment, it was very accommodating and decorated nicely. Our host, Katy, was so gracious. She helped carry our suitcases up the stairs and gave us great recommendations. The apartment is situated near a famous restaurant and the food was incredible. Katy came to my rescue one evening and I am so thankful she was able to be there for me. Thanks again Katy🇮🇹❤️🙏
The apartment was beautiful! Kati was awesome and gave us lots of info and was so very helpful! The neighborhood was great - not so touristy and crowded. A calmer feel (Florence was very busy even in October). Lots of places for coffee, drinks, dinner. Close to the market and shops. And close to all the sights. Florence gets lively at night so that was a new experience for us - but it was OK. The aparment and Kati could not have been nicer! Great kitchen and very beautifully decorated!
