The location is excellent and Guido is super kind.

The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and a quiet area. The bathroom was very big and roomy with gigantic towels. It was just perfect for us. The location was great with the tram just a very short walking distance. There was a bar right around the corner for coffee and pastries and a pizzeria. Across the tram is a gelato place!

The location was awesome, it was clean and I loved that it had a kitchen! We thought this was such a budget friendly place! For the backpackers and people who will be walking around Florence it’s about a 20- 25 minute walk to the duomo but we loved the walk. There’s a pizza place on the corner of the building your in which was so nice for us arriving at a weird hour. It’s a short walk to the train station, less than 10 minutes I think. In the opposite direction you have a grocery store 7 minute walk away and right by there is a nice laundry Matt. The room and space was super clean! It felt very safe as well due to the security cameras and the locks on the doors! Also Lorenzo was the nicest human being ever! We really enjoyed talking to him and you could tell he took pride in the space he had created!

Perfect apartment for visiting Florence, 15 min walking to the centre in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Everything work nicely!

The host was very kind and responsive. While the apartment may be a bit outdated, it was still nice and provided a relaxing environment. Quite spacious place, well equipped kitchen and powerful shower. The location is great, within walking distance to the centre of Florence and train station, and with buses and shops conveniently nearby.
