Great location, walking distance to everything, clean, comfortable, friendly staff
The staff were very professional and friendly. Navy was very sweet and helpful. The location was good but not the best. Check_in process was very easy. The room was very comfortable.
A beautiful stunning property close to the center of Florence. It was incredibly easy to get around from the hotel and it was beautiful on the inside. The room had a wonderful charm.
Perfect! Staff was so friendly, even held my bags after checking out. The room was cute and perfect for me as a solo traveler. Everything was clean and is walking distance from everything!! I would definitely stay here again.
Great location for seeing the city. Loved the small size and lovely rooms. Breakfast was delicious, a good variety of fresh foods and scrambled eggs.
