The room was full of ants and I woke up at night because they were biting me in my bed. The hotel administration refused to change the room and they did literally nothing. We had to buy an ant repellent and use it by ourselves.
On the opposite Zenhotels team was good and they contacted hotel administration through the provider to give us another room and that worked, but we reached them too late.
On the last day of stay we asked for a hot water on reception and it turned out that there should have been a teaspot in every room, while we had not teaspot or any cups.
Any request worked only with Zenhotels support and Hotel provider. When contacted directly hotel amministration ignored all requests
