They gave me a deluxe room but as I said above the balcony was facing a wall My room’s balcony facing a wall. And this is my third summer vacation to this hotel

Location Quality and taste of the food was unacceptable. Disappointing Breakfast and Dinner. The worst food we have ever experienced in a Hotel. Customer Service and room cleanliness needs improvement.The Hotel has problems with the room towels (old and with wholes) as well as with the beach towels, if you forget them on the beach or pool, it is a Very Big problem for the Hotel to supply you with new once. They also may charge you with 20 Eur fee for this. With few words, this was my first experience in Adams Beach and I would not recommend this Hotel.

i book the superior room. it was a great room for 2 adults and two kids. the check in was quick so does the check out. the hotel pools are the best the staff is so lovely and helpful the location of the hotel is perfact . we will sure come back

A big and beautiful hotel with lots of facilities, big and diverse pools and a nice beach. The staff was Friendly and hellpfull. Definitely gonna come back. The breakfast was divers but mediocre. The bed mattress broke our back, it's too hard. But other than that it was a great vecation.

The hotel location is nice - it's about 5 minutes drive from the bar street. The beach is nice, there are several pools, including indoor pool. The hotel has small playground for kids, it has decent gym. The hotel hosts weddings, summits, etc. Out of 6 nights we stayed in the hotel, 2 nights they hold parties (only for summit guests) and was very challenging for kids to go asleep. The managers of the hotel met the complainants with kind of hostility and threatened to call the police. Although the parties were over at 23:00, the whole situation of "that's according to the policy of the hotel and you must deal with it, or else..." was not very pleasant. That's not what a "best hotel for families for 2018" should be...
