The staff was super helpful, nice and understanding even though we didn't speak too much Chinese and they didn't speak English. The room was clean and new and the free laundry was super useful and easy to use.
I booked the hotel urgently on the day and upon check-in the staff could not found my reservation. However, staff is very helpful, welcome drinks served while they are looking for my reservation data. Upon my check-out they even give me another bottle of water as they know I will have my exercusion, knowing that I dont have wechat pay in my apps, the staff even helped to book Didi for me from his mobile app and I paid cash to him.
Great facility, new, clean, everything is just perfect
Location is perfect! Near to all convenience like MRT. Air cond is efficient, front desk and house keeping had done very good jobs. Love this place and will return.
