The quality and offering was wonderful as expected for a Shangri-La hotel.

I really enjoy the hotel's location and the room itself. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a lake view room, and the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping center, and there’s another shopping center within walking distance. It's incredibly practical for exploring the area. In the mornings, I take a run around the lake, which is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel.

I loved the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were great. The hotel is perhaps a little older and shows signs left and right that it needs maintenance, the shower is perhaps the only thing that really wasn’t great as there was not enough water pressure.

The location is connected to the Kerry Shopping mall, restaurants, West Lake is about 25 minutes walk and lits of shopping malls and street market around . The reception staffs are friendly.
