Perfect location, it’s literally at the doorstep of the metro station exit and also walking distance to West Lake and many shopping malls
This hotel was very well located by West lake and over the road from the Kerry Centre. However, all the signs had the name The Milan Hotel not the Ur Cove by Hyatt.
Amazing location and room facilities. All you need for a good stay are just steps away, from metro, supermarket and city-centre to name a few. My parents enjoyed the morning walk to city-centre. Bed was very comfy and we got the quiet room as requested. Only one thing to note was that the reception could hardly speak english and the check-in might take longer than usual. But all in all, we had a pleasant stay.
Location is the best..just few steps from Metro station.
Very modern and nice hotel with great staffs and smell so good at the lobby.
