Отель Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake East, an IHG Hotel, Ханчжоу, Китай

We booked the room at the last minute, after our first hotel recommended by relatives didn't work out (location was way too far for sightseeing). We were surprised to find a hotel with such great rate in the middle of the city and at first we were a little suspicious. However it turned out to be exceptional value, because there was nothing wrong with the stay. The room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was included and there was a lot of variety. We stayed for six nights, so we took an advantage of the free washer/dryer usage as well. The staff was always polite and helpful.

Hotel is good overall. The staff, especially the cook at the restaurant on 26th floor was much helpful whenever I was in need

The location is very good. It is next to Hangzhou train station which make travel with MRT very easy. Very valuable too. Nice staff who are willing to help. Breakfast has several choices, basic but taste good.

Great service, comfy room, the breakfast was a great experience since it happen in the highest floor and was of good quality, as well as it has a good location to get to everywhere, hence I will totally repeat when I come back.

Exceptional service staff at the reception. It is not easy to navigate in China as a foreigner (we encountered, for instance, problems with booking taxi), but the staff at the reception went above and beyond to render help. Truly very grateful, and we have a good memory of a hotel that is otherwise relatively ordinary.
