We had such a wonderful stay at this last minute property. We left another property very unhappy and found this gym. The staff was trying out a new breakfast procedure. On day one it was a sit down table side ordered service. And apparently everyone else was very upset at how slow the service was. We had gotten up early that morning and were the first or second table at breakfast so we did not experience very much of a slowdown at all. Although the staff did have a few errors when the food arrived it was all delicious. The next morning they transitioned to a buffet style breakfast with similar foods available and it was all delicious and ran very smooth. The staff was very helpful and kind. If we traveled back to this area we would definitely stay at this property again.

The gardens are spectacular, they really represent the Caribbean. Tue rooms were nice and clean. The bed super comfortable. It has parking inside the property and the pool is really nice and clean. The staff are always willing to help and breakfast was good as well. Pictures are exactly what the hotel looks like.

This is the place to stay in puerto viejo! The property is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The location is amazing. Close to the beach and all restaurants. The pool is nice and refreshing. The staff was some of the nicest people we met on our trip. They went above and beyond. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!!
