Overall, everything was very well. I would make a few recommendations: Replace the towels with a new set and discard the old ones, replace the mismatched hangers in the closets with just one set all the same style color (it looks like they are just leftovers from other houses/etc and very tacky), Biggest thing is replace the beds!!! What you have now is a very uncomfortable thin mattresses with the frame. There isn't even support or box frames, those beds are worse than prison. The weather was beautiful and not hot but the place needs a mini split A/C system. If you make these small improvements, you can increase your revenue and profit significantly and stand out more because the location is amazing and the views. The 6 flights of stairs would not deter guests with these improvements. Last, throw out the cheap decoration pillows. Overall, it was a great stay, and just giving recommendations based on being in the business.

It was amazing to sit on the wide windowsill, drink my morning coffee, and look out over the city center. The apartment is in the heart of Kaunas, very close to many sightseeing spots and restaurants. It is spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Location, cozy interior, enough of space. Free parking. Silent neighbours.
