As American. I would say that this was the best FREE breakfast I ever had for years in restaurants and hotels! YUMMI! homemade with great varieties: French crepe, home baked cake, American breakfast. The lunch is also tasty. I love the nature around: I could find 10 species of birds just sitting outside in the balcony in the morning. There is a very beautiful pond with willow trees in the front. You can read on the large balcony and enjoy your morning. You can avoid traffic by leaving early. The air is pure outside the city center. The rooms are decorated with topnotch design. I felt like I went to a retreat resort going there. the staff are very professional and kind
