The hotel has an old-fashioned Grand Hotel Budapest type of vibe, especially with all the facilities like spa, pool, bakery in the hotel etc. I absolutely loved the quality of service, the care provided, and the experience of staying there. I'd definitely come back and would recommend it for the stay not only because it's comfortable and central, but because it has a special vibe and makes an experience special.
I used their spa twice and it was a great experience! So do go for that massage, a swim, or a facial!
The staff, service and facilities were exceptional. I also loved the location, right in the city centre and a minute away from the presidential palace!
A very interesting hotel to be in, with a great restaurant, bakery/patisserie to sit for coffee and close to other restaurants. The room furnishings in the suite that we were in were very nice. Good customer service in general. Safe and convenient.
