Location is excellent - near various public transportation options, as well as tourist attraction such as the Petronas Twin Towers, the KL Towers and more.
I stayed in the Executive Twin Deluxe room, which has been renovated quite recently, so room is nice though simple but all with thoughtful functionality. I get access to the "Lounge" which is quite nice, though the menu or variety of the food during cocktail hours is quite limited and almost a repeat every-day.
I have stayed in this hotel many times, it's one of my favorites, and many of the staff recognize me, so it's almost like "home-away-from-home".
Overall all very good for me, staff friendly, nice breakfast

I love the place. Very close to malls & KLCC park. Very convenient to get food.
The location was very convenient, close to the park, Avenue mall and bunch of other coffee shops and restaurants as well as underground trains. The staff were very friendly. The pool and gym were also good for us.
