When we arrived, we were greeted by Kiki who gave us a free upgrade which we were soo grateful for as we've never gotten an upgrade ever. He was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain and offer any services to us. The room was exceptional, it was clean, smells nice and had very nice decor. The facilities were also very good and clean. The housekeeping and every staff in the hotel was very friendly and felt like they just wanted us to have a good time and take care of us. At the end of the stay, we did not want to leave! Highly recommend this hotel. Would defo visit again if we're in KL. The staff and hotel quite literally made our trip. It's also walking distance to KLCC (through the bridge) and other malls like Pavillion. Breakfast was good!
