The location is good, have food nearby , close to my event place.

Good location and a very short walking to train station and shopping mall.

Perfect budget hotel with basic and working amenities. Fantastic location and dedicated friendly staff.

Location is superb. Very close to bus route, including the free CAT Penang bus which goes in a loop where you can hop on and off at any stop. Close to numerous local restaurants and Youtube food places and outdoor markets, and 10 to 15 minute walk to large shopping malls and supermarkets. This is a budget hotel, and the hallways could use some vacuuming, but the private bathroom was great (good shower which rinses the bathroom at the same time), the bed was comfortable enough (mattress on the firmer side), and the AC worked great (takes maybe 10-15 minutes to cool down the room). The lower floors are probably cooler than the upper floors, I stayed on a lower floor.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Automated check-in and check-out system. Water dispenser with hot and cold water provided. Room was clean and comfortable. Very central location, surrounded by food places and shops.
