This is a great hotel. Its location is close to all the main attractions. The reception staff is kind and helpful. The room had everything you needed, everything worked properly. I had a view of Merdeka from my window, it's very beautiful. I felt very comfortable in it. Instead of one week, I stayed in this hotel for two weeks. thanks for safety and a great holiday 🙌🏻 One night a visitor was smoking in the next room. I didn't like it because the burning smoke kept me awake for a long time. I think there should be stricter measures to prevent smoking in rooms

The beds were comfortable in the larger room. Had to wait forty minutes for the room, even though check-in is at 2pm. Then was told my room wasn't available, so was put into a smaller room than what I paid for for one night. There was water actually pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom at intervals. Got the room I paid for the next day. It was better, but there were roaches around. Stayed for a week and couldn't sleep at night, because music was too loud in the bar upstairs. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Ничего! Тараканы Ужасный отель. Тараканы! Грязное , ужасно грязное, затертое, в пятнах постельное белье! Номер грязный , за спинкой кровати мусор и грязь не убирали никогда. Жуткая вонь плесенью и сыростью в коридорах и номере. Ужасный персонал , которому на все наплевать. У меня в номере не было полотенца, ( но лучше бы его не приносили, оно было черное , затертое , вытираться им было нельзя) и не работал сейф! НО ! Самое главное, вечером выползли тараканы. Они живут под кроватью. Их много. Я не спал всю ночь со выключенным светом, и на утро съехал в другой отель. Не совершайте мою ошибку, не ведитесь на приличную картинку. Ну снимайте этот отель!

Нет такого. 20 минут до метро. Masid jamek станция. До Чайна тауне 15 Очень плохо. Все разбитое. Нет ни одного крючка. В ванной если включаешь горячую воду свет моргает, при этом надо выключить кондиционер. Грязно. Чайник есть, а нет ни чашки, ни стакана. Wifi в номере не берет. Только на лобби. Грязно. Среднее.

Доброжелательный персонал на ресепшене, неплохие завтраки Нам попался номер без окна, в комнате стоит запах плесени, а в туалете воняет непонятно чем. Сам туалет маленький и неудобный. В душе текла только холодная вода, в результате не смогли помыться. Станция метро хоть и обозначена на карте близко к отелю, но на самом деле нужно обходить весь квартал чтобы до нее дойти. Идти до нее минут 15-20
