Pros: Excellent location, the hotel is situated a mere FIVE minutes walk from Lalaport, and is around the same distance from Berjaya Times Square. Pretty much at the heart of Bukit Bintang I'd say. There is an entire strip of KK store, 7-11 and many Chinese eateries and other shops in the very area.
The staff are all pretty attentive and will serve to pretty much every need when required.
Most staff speak English, at least the ones at the front desk anyway.
The bed is quite comfy and nice to sleep on.
Two bottles of water are provided every day or upon request.
A fridge is available in the room.
Wi-Fi speed isn't super but good enough
Of course there is also AC in the room.
