Great central location, nice clean space and room. They had free coffee/tea and some kitchen utilities. The room had amazing AC, but it did not have a window, but the air circulation was still great. The bathrooms were a floor below the rooms, which was a little bit inconvenient, but not a big issue at all. The self checkin was convenient, and we were able to leave our bags in the space before checkin, however if you ever need the staff they might not be there.

Easy check-in with a code. Spacious and stylish common area where it was comfy to sip coffee. Very close to the airport bus stop.

location strategic, nice and well maintained facilities, self checkin and can keep our luggage before checkin or after checkout. Im arrived penang on 8am and keep luggage at lobby, checkin on 3pm.
