It’s not too crowded and places are not too far from each other

The serenity, the ambiance, the facility and the personalization. It's one the best weekend getaways for family. You just want to be in the hotel vicinity and nowhere else. Hence, the reason this is my third visit.

Nice pool, breakfast spread is reasonable, excellent mountain view

Very nice breakfast, lots of space - even on the busy weekend days. Excellent swimming pool facilities with (finally in Malaysia!!) deck chairs around the poolside rather than having to sit on the ground or a concrete slab like all the other hotel pool areas in Malaysia. The food at the restaurant (we had a late lunch there twice) was absolutely delicious - and not too bad a price considering the exclusivity of the hotel. Towels can also be borrowed from poolside. Beautiful location with natural environment and very peaceful night sounds. Our room had a dedicated clothes drying area which was very convenient. Not too far using a Grab to major tourist spots like the caves and river attractions. Very close to Lost World theme park.
