The staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. The room is clean as expected. The breakfast is delicious.

Very friendly, helpful, smiley and attentive staff esp the Malay waitress in hijab at the dining. Value for money given the reasonable rates and location. Room bit small but was comfy enough bed so cosy. Fab location, short car ride to near train station and Ipoh Parade.

Our first time staying at your hotel and was surprise you called it 3 Star when its offering 4 Star service. Its accessibility is most strategic and within walking distance to various foody outlets. I must say your staff are excellent customer centric and very approachable. Your check-in is very unique as the main reception is on the 12th floor while you have a meet & greet on the ground floor. One drawback is the drop-off at the main entrance is a little narrow as the traffic is heavy and dangerous. Also the management may want to consider extending the shuttle service from the railway station to the hotel and vice versa. Overall our one day stay was excellent and wish we could have extended it for another day. Maybe next time round. Thanks Greg
