Clean. The location. The staff on duty at the receptionist is so helpful. She helped me with the parking and allowed us to check in early.
No breakfast. It is convenient to get around for food and shopping. It is located at a strategic location. Not too far from shopping mall. By grab is around 15mins. Opposite coffee shop serves noodles and local coffee.
Location is strategic. Free Parking available on site. The 2 bedrooms suite is new so everything inside are new and spotless clean including the bedding.
The room was clean and spacious which made it a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very accessible to many well-known eateries in Penang.
The location is nearby some delicious food, convenient store, market, etc.
