I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Penang. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The reception team, in particular, stood out for their warm and courteous service every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of free filtered water, which was a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. It’s these little conveniences that make a big difference during travel. A special mention to Samil at the floor he was exceptionally attentive and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. He truly made us feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang. Great value, excellent service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants.

Location is fantastic- right in the middle of GeorgeTown and close to lots of fantastic restaurants. Hotel room was very clean and luxurious. It felt very relaxing. The pool was a great addition too in the heat of the summer.

The location was great if you are exploring the George Town neighborhood. The facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Has water filter in the room.
