The location, the price, the good coffee in the lobby, the friendly staff
Location is the main advantage, it is at the center of the city, easy to access to various tourist hotspot. Lot of Chinese restaurant and cafe.
Very friendly staff. Their smallest room is claustrophobic as the rooms don't have windows. We changed to a slightly bigger room and had a pleasant stay. Location is good, walkable to all needs - food, attractions, ferry, money exchange.
