1. The location of the hotel is very near to the Philipino Market and all the night markets and eatery stalls. 2. The room is quite small but it's ok for a night stay. 3. Room is quite clean and cosy.

Booked a family room on the same day of our stay via booking.com and we arrived at KK at 10 pm. We were tired from the long drive but we were glad that checked in process went smoothly. The hotel did not give complimentary bottle water yet provide water dispensers in every corner of the room so we can easily filled our bottles. The room was okay and clean, good for one night stay.

Strategic location and is near Todak Waterfront for walking. The room was neat and clean. The stall and hawker center are also near the hotel.

Good modern hotel. The people at the lobby were always there, which is nice to have, calling for a taxi or information. We were able to leave our bags while in Mt Kinabalu. The bed was comfy, and the hot water was very hot. There is filtered water on every floor. The room is quiet, and the one we had 319 had view to the sea.the hotel is in a central spot close to all amenities, including motorcycle rental, the jetty, and good restaurants.
