The staff were amazing and food was good. The room is a bit outdated but was clean. Our servers at the main buffet Maria and Perpetuo were so kind!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this resort. Everything was incredible.
The entire staff is excellent, the buffets have a wide range of Mexican and International food choices. Breakfast is a huge variety of fresh fruits, veggies, eggs every style. Property is well maintained, and starting renovations-
Nightly entertainment is excellent, Sports Bar has a dozen screens- and great bartenders. Karaoke night was fun. Origen stage show is professional, beautiful and a Monday night treat at the Tulum resort.
I liked having 3 resorts in one- Coba, Akumal and Tulum- for beaches, and entertainment choices- good shuttle system
The staff is amazing, super friendly. The rooms were big. Live music at night was really good.
