The property was beautiful! I loved being surrounded by nature. I stayed near the lobby, so everything was close to me. The staff was aaamaaazing! I have recommended this place just solely on the staff. Dario, the concierge on my building was so helpful! Our guest services was so helpful. Everyone was so kind.

When you come to this place, you need to meet Edgar from the customer care team. He made our stay special. He treated us as his family - from a moment we arrived to the last minute of our stay. He solved all our problems from restaurant reservations to maintenance questions. He was always around and checked on us every day.He is an amazing person. He is the best. The pictures are an accurate representation of the resort. Karen with guest services was amazing! She helped us pull off a surprise engagement proposal for our daughter while we were there. The restaurants for dinner were excellent. Hannah did a great job helping us make the reservations! The nightly entertainment and rooftop bar was fun for our whole family. The resort is big enough that we were always able to get chairs at the beach or pool.
