Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
Please note that the children's pool and Mini Club area will be refurbished. These areas will be closed as from August until November.
Please note that no refunds will be given in case of early departure.
Please note there will be a Gala Dinner Christmas & New Years Eve (24 of December and 31 December) that will be mandatory to include in your room rate due to the holidays. The additional charge will be 70 USD including tax per person. Children pay 50 percent. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
