Even better than the photos on Booking! Pool shaped like a Cenote. Staff amazing and went above and beyond for us, gave us so many suggestions and recommendations, stores our luggage all day while we're at a tour after checking out. Beautiful .boutique hotel near a cool Boho area of 7 th Street. There was a hotel cat, which I love.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. I got some good recs for local resteraunts and places to check out. The owner was friendly and informative. The room was nicely appointed and the ac worked well. I will stay here again next year.

Great stay! Well-located hotel just outside of town with a relaxing jungle atmosphere and cool design. Our loft style room was spacious and had a great rainfall shower, mini fridge and plenty of storage. Friendly staff gave local recommendations for food and activities and were available via whatsapp for any questions. Parking available right outside. Refillable glass water carafes provided, which was much appreciated. We slept well here and had no issues with AC, power, WiFi or shower, which is not always the case in Tulum. It is clear owner Rafa has put a lot of love into this place and it really shows. Keep up the good work guys!

Centrally located near restaurants and the main road. Very quiet. They have a wonderful pool for swimming after a long day of touring. The place has great landscaping.

Location of the hotel is excellent! It is very quiet but within a few steps from the main street with all the bars and restaurants. It is a beautiful boutique hotel within a tropical garden. Rafa and his team are super friendly and they really try their best to make you feel safe and comfortable by providing recommendations for dinner, activities and whatever else you need. I would definitely recommend staying here.
