This is a very special place to stay. It is over 200 years old & has been renovated, keeping the character of an old Oaxaca home, with lovely small courtyard, common dining room for breakfast included, & our studio with kitchenette was perfect for my granddaughter & I visiting for one week during La Guelaguetza. The staff are wonderful, including the owners, Rosie, Sarah, & Cesar.

Very nice and cute hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the center and close to the main square and lots of great restaurants.

Extremely attentive staff and excellent complimentary breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The day trips and restaurants were all amazing. We highly recommend Casa Pereyra for the ultimate Oaxaca experience.

As mentioned by other guest, it was an oasis past the front door, even though it was located off busy blvd, hardly hear the sound of traffics. Delightful daily breakfast, very pleasant staff. Front desk manned all night for security and service thanks to Pavel. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing staff, so helpful, and with good suggestions for very good restaurants. They set us up with a very chill and friendly driver for a couple of excursions (less stressful and not that much more expensive than renting a car). Lovely exterior spaces, to sit and use laptop etc. The rose suite has an upstairs bathroom (and a downstairs one) so don't worry about having to go down the little stairs in the night. Although it was very hot during our visit, most of the exterior spaces were cool enough. Great breakfast! and warm and inviting breakfast room.
