The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The toiletries were wonderful! Food was good and for a good price.

Gorgeous views (especially during sunset), spacious clean rooms, quiet neighborhood

This was a marvelous jewel find in Booking and Puerto Vallarta. It’s even better in person than the beautiful pictures. It’s private, luxury and cozy, just what we look for hotels. Yes, location is not nearby the city but DiDi was perfect for us to go back and forth everyday to Zona Romantica and the Local Food Market. We loved the large entrance staircase, makes it more eccentric, like a portal. Even though I read many complains about stairs, we carried our own large suitcases hahaha. Well yes, we are 20s-30s and we do exercise (LOL). Service is fantastic! They’re so personal. I made friends with almost everyone in less than a week. We stayed in El Santo, next to the jacuzzi, and we felt it was our own personal private property, as we encountered around 2-3 more persons in total. Too bad we had to leave. But we definitely are coming back to our new favorite hotel in PVR.

Great rooms, awesome decor, super comfy beds and linens. First class feel all the way. Restaurant/bar on site was a bit lacking so I mostly ate off site. No elevator (which I knew beforehand) so got my steps in. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Very quiet area with beautiful views. Multiple pools and hot tubs, nice lounge area. I'd go there again for sure!
