Overall experience was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating

I am deaf and had my Hearing Dog with me. The residential area behind was perfect for walking her off a main road. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. As I was attending a convention at The Devon, the location was PERFECT. It suited me better to be 'off-site' when not at the convention.
I had a small meal from Juliana's (chicken nibbles & garlic bread). I was able to pay and arrange to pick it up on my way back to my room. Best EVER chicken nibbles I have ever had!!
The service was great. There was an issue with the bed on the first night. It got fixed the following day and we got offered a complimentary breakfast to compensate the discomfort. The room was good size and well-furnished.
