Upon entry to reception there was a beautiful scent & the staff were fab, the room was great & the shower was amazing after a long day of travelling
Well...we weren't there long enough to really appreciate it, but i look forward to coming back for a longer spell.
Hotel reception kindly helped with afterhour check-in and late check-out requests. Very patient and friendly staff.
We loved everything about the property centrally located. Rodrigo was excellent. Our room was beautiful clean great to be able to do laundry. Can’t say enough about the place.
Exceptional hotel with lovely staff, great rooms and decor in the center of New Plymouth. Perfect location when exploring Egmont National Park. Highly recommended!
