A convenient location, within walking distance of central Queenstown and close to bus stops into town or out to the airport. The room was as described , clean and with a comfortable bed. Good room heating and lighting. While the office wasn't generally manned, there was a number to call and the on-site manager always responded very promptly.

The reception was very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchenette has all the basic facilities to heat up food, make coffee. The views were amazing! Perfect short stay for work in the area.

Wonderful location with a lake view. Away from the busy downtown. Very helpful staff. There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms. Request the lower level if you are vertically challenged. ( As in an older guest)

The views from the balcony and bedroom are super fantastic!

Great location - 1.5km walk to town (along the lake - path entrance is directly opposite hotel). Great view. Modern and pleasant design, we had 2 bedrooms which was nice for a family
