Great little hillside property. As a bonus, the owner has a bus card for cheap transit to and from Wellington downtown. You can easily add funds to the card downtown, and there is a bus stop right at the end of the driveway.

Well equipped kitchen, good range of programs on the TV. Quiet.

Perfect location for getting to the ferry early in the morning. You are warned about the driveway and it’s a challenge on the motorbike especially when wet. The internet was bad while we were there so watching TV and using internet was not an option. Plenty of home comforts inside, lots of room and very clean. Laundry was outside which was fine unless it was wet. Lovely owners.

Kitchen Electrical implements such as the toaster were dirty and had not had the crumps emptied out for a very long time. When I went to do it, as I do daily at home, it went everywhere. Generally the kitchen surfaces needed a good clean. Bathrooms were good. Beds ok. Towels fine. Space good. Staples such as salt and pepper etc provided. This is a level one area accessed by 2 outside stair cases, so be prepared when you have big suitcases. The car parking spot is good once you get there, up the extremely steep drive way. Tricky for a large vehicle. The main negative is that the owners live the next level up and it was very noise. Also the washing machine is outside
