Our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake. Great location, only a short walk into town. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This Ramada exceeded expectations. The hotel is clean, modern, well-located, and reasonably priced, particularly in comparison to other options in the area (we moved here after one night at another place that turned out to be more of a budget motel priced not much cheaper than the Ramada). Everything is uphill in QT but the hill the Ramada is on isn't as bad as some others. The in-room washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The bathroom had a towel warmer that actually had room for hanging two towels (sooo many hotels in NZ only had spots to only hang one). We were very pleased with our stay here and would absolutely recommend it.
Great location,really nice room very comfortable bed
I had a top floor room with a view of the mountain range. The room was modern with the usual amenities you expect in a hotel room. Staff were very friendly. The town centre is about a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again if visiting Queenstown.
