Location was very centralized. Unless you stay in old town, all of the hotels are in areas that don’t seem the safest, but this was great because it’s close to metro and bus, and within walking distance to the good stuff. Air Conditioning worked well Staff were friendly and helpful The view was a bonus

This place was pretty clean with working air conditioning and wifi. The staff were helpful, and they stored my bags for a few hours after I checked out for free (as advertised; the baggage storage was one reason that I picked this spot). This room was cleaner, larger, and nicer than a similar hotel that I stayed in for more money. The reason that they are able to keep it so cheap is that it is located in a "bad" part of town. I was okay with that and would stay here again. On the 9th floor I didn't notice much noise, possibly because the buildings around the hotel are mostly vacant.

Comfortable bed, nice view of city, lots of local vendors right by hotel.

After walking few blocks, the neighbourhood looks better.
