The view of the canal from the balcony was wonderful. All of the staff were excellent except for one individual. Great people, great accommodations. The pool needs some help, but it's clean and constantly maintained. The pool is missing a lot of tiles. They have very good food. Especially the pineapple smoothie and the shrimp pasta!
Clean place, good location with beautiful views over the canal, big rooms. Reception staff was particularly friendly and considerate. The on-site TGI Friday's was a nice touch, also, food prices were generally at the lower end for good hotels in Panama.
The breakfast was great, especially the fruit. The location was wonderful, especially the view from our room.

We have stayed there for many years. The staff are awesome, very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The pool area is awesome.
