The staff was very friendly and forthcoming.
The bed was very comfy, not too soft.
The washing machine was an excellent surprise. I was able to wash my hiking clothes.
The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare something.
Nice and clean rooms and spacious. Location is good not too far from the center. Breakfast is reasonable, good price quality ratio.
The reception staff was very friendly and very smiley. We arrived quite late (11pm) but that was not a problem. We were greeted with some coca tea. The place is either new or freshly renovated, with nice bathrooms and pretty rooms. Extremely clean.
The property is good. People must remember Cusco is at a very high elevetion. This means you should be prepared for altitude issues. This is not the fault of anybody. Just check and prepare for 3300 meter altitude
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful although we couldn't speak any spanish. They still do their best to help us during our stay.
