The apartment is very centrally located, only 10 minutes from the city center. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers a reasonable level of comfort. The landlord responded quickly and was very helpful, which made the communication very pleasant. Parking is available either on the street next door or in the parking garage opposite the apartment. The property was perfect! We had everything we wanted, it was located very properly. Hugo was the best host that we could have ever. He always checked us to see if everything was ok and when we arrived he was waiting for us with a map and gave us details about the island. We recommend this apartment!

Hugo is probably the best host that I have ever met. Upon our arrival, he provided us with a lot of information on things to see and do on the island. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to provide us with additional information. He assisted us with storing our luggage in the building before we checked in (we arrived in Funchal in the morning) and also after we checked out (our flight from Madeira was in the evening). The client service that we received from Hugo was exceptional. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment was great.
